Can we speak to an Agent for support

Yes you can. Call the number listed on your Getting started page within the Ibhar solution. Quote your Laboratory CODE.

Can I pay monthly ?

No. You pay annually in advance.

Can I use the Standard Operating Procedures in the system ?.

Yes you can. The system is pre-configures with the standard operating procedures including the Investigations listed in Scope of Services (limited to NABL Composite certification).

The standard operating procedures have been developed and provided by our partner organization FQI, which has been pioneering the quality training for a decade. 

You can though modify the pre-configured standard operating procedures and save them.

Do I need to chart LJ charts ?

No. You don’t  have to. The system automatically charts these, applies Westgard rules and prompts you to initiate and close corrective action.

You can optionally review LJ charts by equipment and analyte in the Dashboard section.

Do I have to do any other activity for Daily quality Control ?.

If you have configured all your investigation equipment and anlaytes properly, the system prompts you to perform Daily quality control activity related to

a. Equipment checks.

b. Perform Quality control

c. Complete Preventive maintenance

d. Record Re-Dos

e. Record Rejections

You also audit Reports, Samples and Facility daily thus totally eliminating any other need for documentation.
