Tagore Medical College and Hospital signed up with Ibhar and followed the 9 step process to obtain the certification of NABH.  The Learn App ensured all employees were trained and evaluated . The audit module ensured departmental and case sheet audits hence the gaps were easily identified and rectified . The committee meetings were conducted more productively as data was readily available . Tagore Medical College and Hospital has now renewed their contract with Ibhar to sustain quality.
