Shanthi Mukand - Our 350th client to adopt Ibhar approach

Versatile and vibrant leader Dr Sunil Kumar Saggar is the CEO of Shanti Mukand hospital. He says that “Quality is a business of everybody and it becomes a Necessity in Healthcare.”

SMH is a 200 bedded hospital located in East Delhi. Established in 1995, the hospital has changed the landscape of medical services with its cutting-edge facilities. The busiest Medical and Surgical hub in East Delhi offers the state-of-the-art procedures in almost all the specialities & super specialities services.

Under the Leadership of Dr Saggar, the hospital has been providing Preventive, Promotive and Curative treatment of Quality for over 25 Years.

The CEO, with an aim to Improve at every step, felt the need of a virtual Quality Manager which could track the actual Quality status of work at each level. He was looking for certain system which could help them in managing SOPs, KPIs, Processes and provide Insights to enhance their services every time.

While Dr Saggar was occupied in the preparation of their NABH Re-Accreditation last year, he came across Ibhar’s Dashboard. They only had a few days left with a huge list of work in hand. After knowing what Ibhar had to offer, he immediately took a decision and moved ahead to become the 350th hospital in India to install Ibhar.

He said, “we are really fortunate to have installed and use Ibhar at Shanti Mukand Hospital. This software actually prompts every staff at each work station in our hospital to remain intact on their daily course of work. Ibhar will automatically bring you any Accreditation be it NABH, JCI or NABL as it prepares any hospital for high Quality standards from the first minute.”

He further added, “Ibhar not only helped us to prepare for NABH but has been helping us to sustain Standards every day. With an eagle eye on each event’s occurring at hospital, it eliminates last minute preparation as it gives us insights to improve at every step and Confidence to face any given day”
