Gorakshnath Chikitsalaya gets NABH certification in 3 months

How Guru Shri Gorakshnath Chikitsalaya achieved NABH at the shortest time.

We were able to work based on inputs provided by the Ibhar app. I could check all work just from the place I was sitting. This helped me tremendously.” – Brigadier Dr K.P.B Singh (Director of Guru Shri Gorakshnath Chikitsalaya)

Guru Shri Gorakshnath Chikitsalaya is a 350 bedded hospital established in the year 2003 at the north end of Gorakhnath Mandir. The hospital has a huge campus with services spread across 4 buildings and more than 800 employees coordinate with each other to provide selfless services to mankind.

In July 2019, Team Ibhar along with Quality Council of India met the Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mr. Yogi Adityanath. The UP CM is the President of the Hospital and gave Ibhar a challenging task to prepare the hospital for NABH in 3 months’ time.

The Director said, “When the management of Guru Shri Gorakshnath Chikitsalaya took a decision to get NABH Certification, we were puzzled about how we would get to achieve this in short time. But with Ibhar our work was extremely simplified by their technology and software.”

Additional Director, Dr Kameshwar Singh had to coordinate with several people to get the huge list of work done. After putting Ibhar technology in place, he did not have to sit with the list of work. He did not even have to call their subordinates to know the status of work.

We were in control from the first day of Ibhar installation as we knew who is responsible for what task and we could check from the dashboard if he/she has completed the task or not. We do not have to sit with the list of work and do follow-up anymore as every user’s and their superiors keep on receiving alerts for every incomplete work and Non-Compliance. I just pull up Ibhar dashboard and get every information that I need to know.” – Dr Kameshwar Singh (Additional Director of Guru Shri Gorakshnath Chikitsalaya)

Ms. D.S Ajetha was responsible for setting up the processes in each area and monitoring them regularly. She said, “the hospital was able to put all the processes within a week with the help of Ibhar tools. The software started sending Non-Compliance based on the daily work done by users to the relevant staff members with solution.” She added, “I did not have to call anyone as software did everything for me”

She further said, “With Ibhar software, knowing what to do for NABH was easy. We knew everything we needed to know like forms, signage, registers, procedures and practices. If I am responsible for ICU Area then I would just pull up virtual ICU area in Ibhar and I would know all the NABH objective elements required to be put in place. The Accredit app made our job extremely easy and accurate.” – Ms. D.S Ajetha (Principal of Guru Shri Gorakshnath College of Nursing)
