Shanti Mukand Hospital: Our 350th Client to Adopt the Ibhar Approach

Dr Sunil Kumar Saggar is the CEO of Shanti Mukand Hospital. He says that "quality is a business of everybody, and it becomes a necessity in healthcare."

Shanti Mukand Hospital is a 200-bed hospital in East Delhi, established in 1995. It offers medical and surgical care across most specialities and super specialities, and has provided preventive, promotive and curative care for over 25 years.

Dr Saggar wanted a virtual quality manager that could track the real quality status of work at every level: a system to manage SOPs, KPIs and processes, and to give insights that improve services every time.

While preparing for the hospital's NABH re-accreditation, with only a few days left and a long list of work, he came across Ibhar's dashboard. He moved ahead straight away, and Shanti Mukand became the 350th hospital in India to install Ibhar.

"We are really fortunate to have installed and use Ibhar at Shanti Mukand Hospital," he said. "This software prompts every staff member at each workstation in our hospital to stay on track with their daily work. Ibhar prepares any hospital for high quality standards, be it NABH, JCI or NABL, from the first minute."

He added, "Ibhar not only helped us prepare for NABH but has been helping us sustain standards every day. With an eye on every event in the hospital, it eliminates last-minute preparation and gives us insights to improve at every step, and the confidence to face any given day."
