Demonstrate practices that lead to Accreditation

Accreditation validates the effective implementation of practice and process efficiency in healthcare organization which enable them deliver safe and quality care to their patients.

While employees are qualified and trained and possess substantial knowledge in relation to work practices, it is continually noted that they do not necessarily demonstrate this in day to day practice.
